Claire - Originally from the UK I’ve been in Vegas for nearly 7 years. I have a corporate background and never saw myself in hospitality, but my social side loves exploring and discovering cool new things. It was this that drew me towards Concierge in the first place and it helped me to truly appreciate all the unique experiences that Vegas has to offer and connected me with some of the most fantastic people in the business. I still see the city through a tourist's eyes and love uncovering everything there is to offer. I honestly could be out every day and night of the week doing something different for a straight month and not repeat a thing. I want people to come here and leave filled with joy and stories of their perfect holiday, whether it be the first or the thirtieth time they are coming.
Hannah - Las Vegas born; southern raised. Hospitality is practically her name. She started with street marketing for Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club when it first opened then moved her way into the hustle and bustle of resort and casino life. From housekeeping, to selling tickets to the best shows in town, to decorating your special moment - she is the jack of all trades that has done it all. She always believed there is a little bit of Vegas for everybody and loves to see when people relax their shoulders and enjoy their peace of Vegas. You can find her watching over someone’s fur baby, slinging drinks (yes, she bartends too), or getting into the next big thing in the city. Sharing the excitement and local gems that she enjoys and bringing to life the special in your occasion will forever be a love of hers.

We’re two close friends who first met while working as Concierge professionals at a premier Las Vegas resort. Over three incredible years, we built a strong bond through our shared passion for creating unforgettable moments and once-in-a-lifetime experiences for guests from around the world.
When our department was unexpectedly closed in the summer of 2025, we saw it not as an ending, but as a new beginning. That’s when Key 2 LV was born – a personalized concierge service built on deep industry knowledge, trusted relationships, and a genuine love for helping people make the most of their time in Las Vegas.
